Abstract The article presents the results of many years research on new valuable reed fescue bluegrass crop attracting to fodder production region. Rational combinations main crop-forming factors were established: timing, sowing methods and their effect productivity when used for seed purposes, ensuring receipt 400 800 kg/ha seeds from 20 30 t/ha green mass.
